These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Quick Board iOS application (the “App”) operated by myClassroom (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of the App

Quick Board is an iOS application that:

  • Provides AI-powered features using OpenAI’s ChatGPT mini language model API

  • Streams a live JPEG canvas feed to a user-configured Cloudflare Worker

  • Does not provide user accounts

  • Does not operate proprietary backend servers

  • Uses Apple In-App Purchases for subscription billing

The App operates client-side and through third-party infrastructure only.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

All subscriptions are processed exclusively through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

  • Billing is handled entirely by Apple

  • We do not collect or store payment information

  • Subscription management and cancellations must be handled through your Apple ID settings

  • Refund requests must be directed to Apple

Apple’s Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases.

3. Use of AI Services

Quick Board integrates OpenAI’s ChatGPT mini language model via API.

By using AI features, you acknowledge:

  • AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete

  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI output

  • You will not use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes

Use of AI functionality is subject to OpenAI’s applicable policies.

4. Cloudflare Worker Live Streaming

Quick Board allows users to stream a live JPEG canvas feed to their own configured Cloudflare Worker.

Important:

  • The feed consists of continuously updated JPEG images.

  • The system does not create stored archives of content.

  • At most, the most recent JPEG frame may exist temporarily in memory or cache.

  • myClassroom does not operate, control, or manage any user Cloudflare Worker.

  • myClassroom does not store streamed content.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Configuring your Cloudflare Worker

  • Securing access to your Worker endpoint

  • Any caching behavior configured within your Cloudflare account

We are not responsible for how your Cloudflare infrastructure handles or retains data.

5. No Backend Data Storage

Quick Board:

  • Does not maintain user accounts

  • Does not operate proprietary servers

  • Does not store user prompts, canvas content, or AI outputs

  • Does not store streamed JPEG feeds

The App functions through on-device processing and third-party APIs only.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws

  • Infringe intellectual property rights

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the App

  • Use AI functionality to generate unlawful or harmful content

We reserve the right to restrict access if misuse is detected.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Quick Board, including branding, design, and proprietary software components, are owned by myClassroom.

Third-party providers (including Apple, OpenAI, and Cloudflare) retain rights to their respective services and technologies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

We do not guarantee:

  • AI output accuracy

  • Continuous availability

  • Error-free performance

  • Compatibility with all devices

Use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, myClassroom shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Data loss

  • Issues related to Apple billing

  • Issues related to OpenAI services

  • Issues related to Cloudflare infrastructure

  • Reliance on AI-generated content

10. Termination

We may discontinue or modify the App at any time without notice.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

PRIVACY POLICY

myClassroom (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in the Quick Board iOS application.

1. Overview

Quick Board is designed with a minimal data footprint.

We do not operate backend servers and do not maintain user accounts.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not:

  • Create user accounts

  • Store personal information

  • Store canvas content

  • Store AI prompts or outputs

  • Store streaming data

  • Store payment details

3. Third-Party Services

Although we do not operate servers, the App uses third-party providers:

Apple

Apple processes:

  • Subscription billing

  • Payment information

  • Transaction management

We do not receive or store your full payment details.

Apple’s privacy policy governs billing data.

OpenAI (ChatGPT mini API)

When AI features are used:

  • Prompts are transmitted to OpenAI’s API

  • Responses are returned to your device

We do not store prompts or responses.

OpenAI processes data under its own policies.

Cloudflare (User-Configured Worker)

If you configure live streaming:

  • A live JPEG feed is transmitted to your Cloudflare Worker endpoint

  • No archived storage is created by the App

  • Only the most recent frame may exist temporarily in memory or cache

  • We do not access or store Worker data

You control your Cloudflare configuration and retention settings.

4. Data Retention

myClassroom does not retain user data because:

  • We do not operate servers

  • The App runs locally on your device

  • Third-party providers may retain data according to their own policies

5. Security

Data transmitted to OpenAI or Cloudflare occurs over encrypted HTTPS connections.

No system is entirely secure, but the App does not maintain centralized user data storage.

6. Children’s Privacy

Quick Board is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction).

We do not collect personal information from children.

7. International Processing

Third-party services (Apple, OpenAI, Cloudflare) may process data in various jurisdictions.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Because we do not store personal data, we cannot:

  • Access

  • Correct

  • Delete

  • Export

user information from our systems.

For third-party data rights requests, contact those providers directly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will reflect a new “Last Updated” date.
